After you have selected your desired preserved flower arrangement you would like to purchase and entered your billing and shipping details in Check Out, now you need to choose your delivery details. Simply select the date and time you want your flowers to be delivered. Any date that cannot be selected would mean that our maximum capacity of 200 orders has been fulfilled for that day. Fastest fingers first!


Delivery for all orders are free. There is no minimum spend needed.

We deliver from 10 am to 10 pm daily, via hourly time slots. We are the only florist in Singapore providing this premium service at no extra cost.

For example, you could place an order now for tomorrow, and choose a one hour time slot of your choice. You may choose a time slot such as 1-2 pm, or 7-8 pm. 

There will be a 25 SGD surcharge for all failed deliveries. A failed delivery means that our driver was not able to reach your recipient via the given contact number or address. Therefore, kindly ensure that all delivery information is accurate.


Refund Policy

We provide FULL* refunds on orders that are more than 60 minutes late from the end of the time slot chosen.
For example, if the 12PM-1PM time slot is selected, refunds will only be applicable for deliveries performed from 2.01PM onwards. Refunds are not applicable for deliveries performed before 2PM.



Are there any delivery limitations?
Bloom Studio offers delivery island-wide except for the following places:
  • Tuas
  • Sentosa Island
  • Jurong Island
  • Army Camps
There will be an additional charge of S$30 for delivery to these areas. This option will be available upon checkout.

In addition, if there is any date that cannot be selected, it means that that particular day has reached maximum capacity of at least 200 orders. Unfortunately, we will not be able to squeeze an extra order into our schedule, so it is advisable to order early to avoid disappointment!

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes! We delivery on Mondays to Sundays, Public Holidays included!

What if there are missing/wrong items when I receive my order?

For missing or items that have been wrongly delivered, kindly contact us at with your order number.

We will reply your query within the same day.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds of goods?
Bloom Studio reserves the right to perform an exchange, but is not obligated to do so. Refunds are strictly not allowed.
For defective items, kindly write in to us with your order number and attach a photo of defect.
Exchanges will be done solely at the discretion of Bloom Studio, and our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for products of the same or lower value. Bloom Studio will not refund the balance if a product of a lower value is chosen.
What if no one is around to receive the order?

Bloom Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the delivery. Subsequent re-deliveries will be subject to additional charges of S$25.00.

What should I do if I have entered the wrong address or contact number?

Please kindly inform us as soon as you can.

Any changes in the delivery address, date or time after the transmission of your order through the Site may be subject to additional charges of S$25.00.

Unsuccessful deliveries due to inability to contact the recipient may be re-delivered subject to Bloom Studio’s discretion and subsequent charges.

Do you deliver on the same day?

Yes. Same day delivery is available and is also free!
