We are committed to making your shopping experience with us as hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to www.bloomstudiosg.com (“Site”) and forms the T&Cs on which we supply our products and services to you. By accessing this site, you hereby agree to all T&Cs on this page. Bloom Studio may at any time amend these T&Cs by updating the Site. Please check our T&Cs for any updates as and when appropriate.

Bloom Studio is a local company in Singapore supplying preserved flower bouquets, preserved flower domes, and other flower related products and/or services.

By Accessing and Using The Site

  1. You affirm that all information provided by you on the Site is accurate and complete.
  2. You agree to not copy or distribute any part of the Site in any form without Bloom Studio’s prior authorization.

At any point in time you have breached or are deemed to have failed to comply with our T&Cs, we reserve the right to immediately withdraw your right to access use and/or access any portion of, or the entire Site without notice or liability.

Orders, Products, Pricing & Payments

You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form to us on the Site. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders are subject to acceptance by Bloom Studio, and will be deemed irrevocable and unconditional upon receipt of the order form through the Site.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders received from the Site in our sole discretion. All orders are subject to stock availability and Bloom Studio reserves the right to cancel, amend with a comparable substitute, or reject any/all orders at any time without any liability or compensation when any product is out of stock, damaged, or unavailable for any reason. We will rightfully notify you when such a need arises.

By placing your order with us, you authorize us to transmit information/obtain information about you from third parties such as payment system providers at any time. By accessing the Site, you expressly relive Bloom Studio from any liability in connection with these third parties.The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not affiliated or owned by us. It is your sole responsibility to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party websites before using them and disclosing any confidential information to them.

Bloom Studio strives to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Site are accurate. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Product or Service at any time without giving prior notice. The price payable by you shall be the price of the Product or Service stated on the Site at the time your order is transmitted to us. All unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically. 

We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal only. 

Bloom Studio does not guarantee that the information provided on pricing, products and information will be free from error, updated or complete. You agree that Bloom Studio shall not be liable for any errors in the information provided by us on the Site. We also reserve the right to terminate any orders and notify you of such termination in the event any Product or Service has been mis-priced on the Site.

The preserved roses and foliage we use have gone through organic dyeing to maintain the vibrancy of its colors. Do note that each bespoke flower arrangement is exclusively handmade for our customers. While we strive to prevent blemishes on each arrangement, color transfers and stains may appear after some time, due to uncontrollable factors like environmental conditions and the natural deterioration of each bloom.


Order cancellations are not allowed once your order form has been transmitted to us through the Site. In the event you should require a cancellation, it is at the sole discretion of Bloom Studio to approve. 


In the event of a refund, we have a return courier service available if you would like us to coordinate the return delivery for you. Bloom Studio reserves the right to deduct the fees from your refund amount. Please write in to hello@bloomstudiosg.com if you would like to use this service, and we will process your refund with a quote based on your nominated address.

Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be credited into your personal bank account or credit card, whichever method you used to make initial payment.


Delivery slots are subject to availability. The cost of delivery will be displayed to you through our Site on the check out page. Additional surcharges for delivery may be imposed by us during peak seasons. Your orders will be processed and dispatched to third party delivery service providers, and will be delivered to you within the stipulated time you have selected. Dispatch times may vary due to external factors which are outside of Bloom Studio’s control, and may result in early or delayed deliveries for which we will not be held responsible. If the delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly.

Bloom Studio provides free same day delivery in one-hourly time slots for example: 12:00PM to 1:00PM and 6:00PM to 7:00PM. We will provide partial/full refunds for deliveries that are late for at least an hour, as well as unfulfilled orders under Bloom Studio’s discretion. Do note that Bloom Studio will not be liable if the late delivery is caused by our third party logistics vendors as mentioned above.

In the event you would like to request for changes to delivery, kindly inform us immediately. Any changes in the delivery address, date or time after the transmission of your order through the Site may be subject to additional charges of S$25.00.

Where you have instructed to leave your delivery package outside the door or at other locations not specified in your order form, it shall be at your sole risk and you agree to accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage. It is recommended that you arrange for someone to receive the delivery on your behalf and sign off the delivery invoice. If an order is cancelled, or if no one is available to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, Bloom Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the delivery. Subsequent re-deliveries will be subject to additional charges of S$20.00, and may or may not be re-delivered on the same depending on availability. 

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your order has been received in good condition. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed. If there are any errors or damage found, do let the courier know immediately. Bloom Studio will offer replacements or refunds of damaged/incorrect Product(s) at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Bloom Studio is the owner of all intellectual property rights such as trademarks, logos and services marks displayed on the Site. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, republish, post, transmit, distribute or use any content or material from the Site in any form or means without the prior written consent of Bloom Studio. You are solely responsible for obtaining such permission before conducting such activities with any content or material that is on the Site.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the failure results from a Force Majeure Event as defined below, provided that always whenever possible, the affected party will resume that obligation as soon as the Force Majeure Event causing the failure ceases.

A “Force Majeure Event”, is defined as an occurrence of an event in which a circumstance or event beyond the reasonable control of a party, in which results in any party being unable to observe or perform an obligation on time under these Terms and Conditions. Such circumstances or events shall include but not withstanding to: lockouts, industrial action, strikes, or labor disputes, civil unrest, war or threat of war, criminal or terrorist acts, government action or regulation, riots, telecommunication or utility failures, power outages, flood, natural disasters, epidemic, quarantine restrictions, fires, explosions, storms, disruption to supply lines, and general failure or impossibility of the use of public or private transport, or political interference with the normal operations of any party.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs and all matters relating to your access to, or use of, the Site and the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore only, including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By continuing access or use of the Site, You hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
